Since 2016 I've been helping clients, patients, and viewers/listeners bridge the divide between knowledge/understanding and our ability to live well through coaching, clinical care, and digital content and products. Today, via Heavenly Placed, I support believers in learning how to cultivate and sustain a lifestyle of mental health wellness from a biblical foundation while soundly integrating clinical education, information, and care (as needed).

My specializations include doing this work with those in recovery from childhood-onset complex trauma in order to restore healthy, integrated knowledge, understanding, and effective barrier-resolution in what I consider to be the major domains of our lives and health: our relationship with God, our relationship with the Self, familial and interpersonal relationships, and our approach to/execution of business/career/professional desires and goals.
